About Us
After becoming accidental landlords in 2018, Paul, along with his wife Annie, quickly recognised the benefits of property as an investment vehicle.
Over the next few years, they built a sizeable portfolio, buying, refurbishing and renting out properties in the North West alongside their full-time jobs whilst earning a great return on their investments.
After working with a number of builders on their projects, they came across Steve who completed a full BTL renovation for them. They were so impressed with his work ethic, reliability and great build finish that Steve quickly became their go-to builder for future projects. They decided to join forces, and the development arm of Simply Property Investing was born.
